John Brautigam

John is a New York-based composer, lyricist, and musician who has been teaching music virtually non-stop since high school. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music.

When teaching, he believes in cultivating in students a love of artmaking, to become not only performers but well-rounded musicians. He teaches piano, voice, guitar, trombone, trumpet, and music theory/composition. Aside from teaching, John currently serves as Composer-in-Residence at EastLine Theatre in Babylon, NY.
