My 18-month-old has been going to the toddler “Carnival of the Animals” class and absolutely loves it! The class is engaging and provides great exposure to music and different instruments. My daughter absolutely loves it! It’s an added bonus that the staff is lovely and the room itself is spacious and clean. Looking forward to my daughter continuing to attend and would highly recommend to other children!

My 3 year old son absolutely loves the drum and piano sessions and can’t wait to go back each week. The instructors are warm, engaging, and incredibly patient, making sure children feel comfortable and excited to participate. The classes at Above the Notes sparked a real love for music, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommended for any parent looking to introduce their child to music!

I took my three year old for an introductory class at Above the Notes and he had a blast! The instructor Camilo was incredibly kind and patient with my toddler who was excited about touching and exploring all of the instruments. I highly recommend doing this with your little one to observe, which instruments they’re drawn to instantly (kids are brutally honest).
It was also helpful that the instructor is fluent in Spanish since my little guy is bilingual. We couldn’t have ask for a better experience.

PHENOMENAL - just one way to describe our daughter's piano experience with Nune at Above the Notes. Nune is so talented - she truly cares about her students and allows them to thrive by appropriately challenging them. She instantly recognized my daughter's ability and she has flourished under Nune's instruction - being able to play Tchaikovsky within just months of hitting her first note. Nune creates a love of piano playing among her students and my daughter looks forward to practicing daily and going to her lessons. Above the Notes is a beautiful space and a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Our son has been taking piano lessons with Nune for 6 years. She has been an excellent and dedicated instructor who has helped him advance dramatically. He has participated in her recitals at Steinway and has become very proficient at piano. We have only great things to say about her and her team.

We are so happy Above the Notes has opened in the neighborhood! My three girls have been learning piano with Nune since they were 4 years old (my oldest is now 13!) Nune is an engaging, patient and talented teacher. We feel so lucky we are able to give our girls the gift of music for life. Highly recommend Nune and her music academy!

Above The Notes is an excellent school for those who are starting out and would like to learn an instrument. Very accommodating as far as scheduling lessons . Nune is a wonderful piano instructor. She is very patient and has a passion for teaching music .

This place is amazing. It gives you a variety of musical classes to try.
